Hosted by artists Eszter Gyory and Osiris O'Connor, this year's Centerpiece party has a magic atmosphere as you unwind to the funkalicious lounge sound. Wander among spectacular unsold works, works-in-progress and works yet to be born that linger in the air all around you.
Gyory's recent work focuses on Angels - a perfect theme in MGLFF's "Angel Grant" year. "Her figures and compositions, informed by Byzantine iconography and sytlized curiously by an earlier Renaisance manner, depict with subtle strokes a blend of the leitmotifs in brilliant, eye-debauching hues." - Magyar Naiv Muveszek Museum, Hungary.
DIRECTIONS & PARKING: From the Shores Performing Arts Theater - Drive south on NE 2nd Ave. to 61 St., make a left (eastbound). Drive across the railroad tracks to NE 4th court, make a right (northbound). Gyory & Osiris Art Studio is two blocks to the north. Street parking is available on all side roads extending from NE 4th Court to the east.
