Nationally acclaimed humorist best known as the subject of the documentary GET BRUCE! and as head writer and frequent guest on Hollywood Squares. Bruce has contributed to variety specials for Richard Pryor, Lily Tomlin, Joan Rivers, Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg, Bette Midler, and David Letterman, written the last 15 Oscar shows, winning 2 Emmys in the process, and later this year he will star as Edna Turnblad in the Broadway touring company of the hit musical Hairspray.

Wonderful, international cuisine of the City Club's own in-house chefs and cocktails courtesy of Absolut and Southern Wine & Spirits highlight of this sophisticated kick-off for 10 wonderful days of films, festivities and fun. Last year the City Club hosted our Awards Party and was easily our most popular party ever.
