Tickets to all Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival events and screenings will be available March 1 to members only and March 15 to the general public and can be purchased in advance by mail order with check, money order or credit card, or by fax or phoneorder with a credit card only. Members receive discounts, free tickets and other benefits throughout the year.

GENERAL SALES
Beginning March 15 tickets for all Colony Theater screenings and events go on sale at the Colony Theater Box Office, cash only.  Hours are Noon to 5:00 PM, Tuesday-Saturday and one hour before each screening during the Festival nights.  Tickets will alsobe available through TicketMaster outlet locations, on their website at www.ticketmaster.com or TicketMaster phone charge by calling 305-358-5885 or 954-523-3309. Tickets to all Regal South Beach Cinema screenings may be purchased through TicketMaster or through advance purchase as described below.  However, in-person Regal ticket sales will only be available during the Festival at the Festival tables located in front of the Colony Theater and in the upstairs lobby of Regal Cinema (cash only).

ADVANCE PURCHASE

To purchase your tickets in advance from the Festival office, simply complete the order form (call to request a brochure, if you cannot download the form), indicating which films you wish to see, the number of tickets per screening and any applicable free or discounted membership tickets.  If you are not already a member but would like to avail yourself of membership benefits for this yearís Festival, indicate the level of your membership, add that amount to your ticket order and you will receive all appropriate discounts at this time. Please note:  membership discounts and free tickets, as well as the discount package ticket for the Queer as Folk screenings, are ONLY available through advance purchase through the Festival office or at the Festival tables during the Festival.  Neither TicketMaster nor the Colony Theater Box Office will sell or provide these tickets. Advance tickets purchased through the Festival office by mail, fax or phone charge will not be accepted AFTER APRIL  5.

All advance purchase orders will be held for pick-up at the will-call table located in front of the Colony Theater during the Festival screenings April 11-16.  During Regal South Beach Cinema screenings Saturday and Sunday a Festival table will be located in the upstairs theater lobby where will-call tickets may be picked-up and for all remaining sales for that day

Ticket Refund Policy
There will be no refunds, exchanges or replacements on any tickets once they have been sold.
