This fast paced updating of the classic bedroom farce focuses on cute-as-a-button blonde haired Leo as he stumbles his way through the romantic minefields of contemporary London. Leo’s best friends are Angie, his straight next door neighbor who can’t seem to find a good man, and his campy buddy Darren, whose real estate agent sort-of-boyfriend (played by Priscilla, Queen of the Desert’s Hugo Weaving) has a fetish for kinky sex at his clients’ houses.

Seeking solace and a change of pace from his lovelorn life, Leo joins an earnest new age men’s group led by a wacky Simon Callow (from Four Weddings and a Funeral). When Leo becomes entangled with another member of the group, supposedly heterosexual and very hunky Brendan, and Leo’s former college girlfriend pays him a visit, everyone begins to question their sexual proclivities and just who their hearts actually desire.

Director Rose Troche, whose first feature film was the lesbian break-out hit Go Fish, has created a playful and insightful high-energy romp in her assured second outing. Director Rose Troche will attend the screening and discuss her work with the audience.
